We completed our first hop harvest in March 2017 and brewed our new Holy Hop IPA on the same day with the help of Martin Craig from Beertown. Martin wrote several articles on our hops and also reviewed the final product.

Spring has sprung and the hops are “a go” again. Looking forward to our 2018 harvest and yet another new Holy Hop IPA brew. This year we will be featuring some Mosaic Hops….yum!
