One Year into It (beer farming)

We had our first year anniversary since opening the cellar door.  
Within the year we have accomplished a lot.  We went from the happy yellow caravan taproom with recycled pallets for a deck, the caravan tent as our tasting room and cable drums for tables to a flash new pergola, outside kitchen expansion with bar area adjoining our recycled rimu deck and Safari tent restaurant leading out to our Hop Beer Garden.

Our Hop Garden is looking better than ever and they are growing higher each year now.  Some of the bines are growing higher than our 8.5m trellis system.  
We hope to start harvesting some hops from the new garden, as it is 3 years into it.
We look forward to the New Year hop harvest and the Holy Hop Green IPA brew day.
